So, as we usher in a New Year I spent most of my time thinking about how I’ve wasted another year. I can’t sleep. So I read some Quizilla fan-fiction. When I realize, “Holy shit! I now have a whole new year to do the things I wanted to do last year! Instead of focusing on something I can’t change, I’ll focus on something I can!”
As I’ve mentioned, one of my goals is to meet Panic at the Disco. They are my favorite band, and have been for over a year. Trust me, committing that long a time for my love is really super long for my standards. I haven’t had a favorite band since Good Charlotte, and they were partially brought on by the fact that they were my best friend’s band.
Following the journey that is Panic at the Disco was decided entirely by me.
Back to my point. I have decided that one of my goals for this year is to meet these four that make the music that is so near to my heart. My goal is to start cherishing “Northern Downpour” instead of referring to it as a curse. My opinions on that song being released as a single remain the same, but it is still a gorgeous song.
I might need a little help along the way, but I will meet them. Ultimate goal of this year. And I will be very upset if I don’t reach it. So I’ll work very hard at it.
